1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HowlingCookie.com, including our website, prediction tools, account features, credit system, emails, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting a prediction request, purchasing or using credits, viewing content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HowlingCookie.com provides AI-assisted prediction content based on user-submitted questions, automated research, machine learning systems, language models, and summarization tools. The Service may generate probability-based commentary, reasoning, confidence indicators, source-informed summaries, and related explanatory material.

The Service is experimental and may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, credit pricing, research depth, public listing behavior, invite systems, or access rules at any time.

3. Educational and Entertainment Purposes Only

Predictions generated by HowlingCookie.com are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice, factual guarantees, instructions, recommendations, or a substitute for your own judgment. AI-generated predictions can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, speculative, or based on misunderstood information.

You must not rely on predictions, confidence scores, summaries, or any other content from the Service to make financial, investment, trading, medical, legal, employment, insurance, safety, travel, relationship, lifestyle, or other important personal or business decisions. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on any information that could affect your finances, health, legal rights, safety, livelihood, or well-being.

Examples of decisions you should not make based solely on the Service include, but are not limited to, buying or selling securities, cryptocurrency, real estate, or other assets; diagnosing or treating a health condition; choosing whether to sign a contract; deciding whether to start or end employment; making legal filings; entering or exiting relationships; changing medication or diet; gambling; or taking actions that could create physical, emotional, financial, or legal risk.

Any probabilities, confidence levels, timelines, or outcome labels are estimates generated for discussion and entertainment. They do not guarantee that an event will or will not occur. Past accuracy, if any, does not guarantee future performance.

4. Eligibility and Invite-Only Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 13 are not authorized to create an account, submit prediction requests, or otherwise use HowlingCookie.com. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used by someone who is not eligible to use the Service.

HowlingCookie.com may operate as an invite-only service. We may require a valid invitation code to create an account, limit the number of invitations available to users, revoke invitations, or restrict registration at our discretion. Invitation codes are intended for the invited recipient and may not be sold, abused, automated, or used to bypass access controls.

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your email address current, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, abuse invite systems or credits, attempt fraud, or engage in activity we believe is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.

6. Prediction Requests and User Content

You are responsible for the questions, prompts, information, and other content you submit. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

User-generated content includes your questions, prediction requests, prompts, and any related information you submit to the Service. By submitting user-generated content, you assign to HowlingCookie.com all right, title, and interest you may have in that content to the fullest extent permitted by law. HowlingCookie.com owns the submitted prediction requests, the generated predictions, and related AI-generated outputs created by the HowlingCookie AI models or systems.

We may host, process, reproduce, display, analyze, modify, summarize, publish, and otherwise use prediction requests and generated prediction outputs to operate, improve, secure, market, and provide the Service. If you submit a prediction as public, or do not mark it as private where the option is available, it may be shown on public areas of the Service along with generated output, votes, timestamps, and related metadata.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, protected health information, trade secrets, financial account details, government identification numbers, passwords, or information you are not authorized to share.

7. Credits and Future Paid Features

The Service may use credits to request predictions or access certain features. Prediction requests may consume different amounts of credits depending on whether a prediction is submitted as public or private. Public predictions currently cost fewer credits because they may be listed publicly and contribute to community signals and quality improvements; private predictions currently cost more credits because they do not contribute to those public learning signals in the same way. Specific credit amounts, tiers, and rules may change over time and will be reflected in the Service interface.

At this time, HowlingCookie.com does not sell credits. Any credits currently provided are promotional, included, trial, invite-based, or otherwise made available at our discretion. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored value product, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money.

We may introduce paid credits, subscriptions, paid features, payment processing, refund terms, cancellation terms, tax disclosures, or consumer-rights disclosures in the future. If we do, we may update these Terms or provide additional terms before or when paid features become available.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; scraping, crawling, or automating access without permission; interfering with Service operation; bypassing rate limits, credit rules, invite systems, or security controls; reverse-engineering non-public systems; impersonating others; submitting malware or malicious content; or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

You must not use the Service to generate or facilitate threats, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, illegal activity, self-harm instructions, medical treatment plans, legal strategies, financial recommendations, or content that violates the rights of others.

You may not use the Service in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control laws, or other restrictions imposed by the United States, the European Union, or other applicable authorities.

9. Public Predictions, Voting, and Community Signals

Public predictions may be visible to other users and visitors. Logged-in users may be able to agree or disagree with predictions, and we may display tallies, rankings, filters, popularity metrics, or other community signals based on those interactions.

Voting statistics are informational only. They reflect user interaction, not accuracy, truth, professional review, or endorsement by HowlingCookie.com. We may remove, adjust, hide, or reset votes or public content if we suspect abuse, manipulation, technical errors, spam, or violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, design, branding, logos, text, interface, visual elements, data organization, and underlying technology, is owned by HowlingCookie.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

HowlingCookie.com owns user-submitted prediction requests and the generated predictions and outputs produced through the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we may allow you to view and share prediction outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you share outputs, you are responsible for presenting them accurately and not implying that they are guaranteed, professional advice, or endorsed for decision-making.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, research tools, analytics providers, email delivery services, security tools, or linked websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not run advertisements on the Service. We may use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to understand site usage, diagnose issues, improve performance, and secure the Service. These analytics providers may separately use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies according to their own policies.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process your information as described there.

HowlingCookie.com does not sell or distribute user information. We currently store limited personal information, including email addresses and IP addresses, for login, account access, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, site security, diagnostics, and legal compliance. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HowlingCookie.com and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or decisions you make based on the Service.

Without limiting the above, HowlingCookie.com is not liable for financial, medical, legal, lifestyle, personal, professional, or business outcomes resulting from your use of predictions or other Service content. Your reliance on the Service is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HowlingCookie.com and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, abused the Service, or acted unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If a court finds any portion of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
